John and Joe go over the top to make sure everything is PERFECT! They created an AMAZING binder to leave in the house for showings that listed closest coffee shop, gym, grocery store, hospital, etc! Let me start by saying this was the first home we have sold. Why is that important? We had a lot of questions and needed hand holding throughout the entire process. Each step of the way, Joe and John walked us through what to expect. So as "challenges" arose we were never surprised. Their understanding of the process, the state of the market and real estate trends allowed us to price our home right and ultimately get it sold above asking.
From our first meeting, the Kalina Brothers provided step by step instructions on the things we needed to do to get the biggest bang for buck. They stayed in touch and held us accountable to completing all the things on the checklist they provided. Without their consistent communication I am confident much of the recommendations outlined in their packet wouldn't have been done. In the end, that would have been a costly mistake.
